Go'aan Wanaagsan La imoow kaddibna Fuli

Assalam Calaykum.
Waxaan jeclahay manta inaan wax yar ka hadlo su’aalo ay igu soo celceliyeen rag badan oo asaxaabtayda kamid ah kuwaas oo ku salaysan habka go’aan qaadashada rasmiga ah. Su’aalahaas gadaalkooda waxaa ka muuqada walwal ku saabsan guul darro ama fashil. Waxaa haboon qofka inuu kala fahmo guul darro iyo fashil.
Waxaa layiraahdaa qofka aan go’aan qaadan Karin waqtiga ku haboon noloshiisa waxa uu kulaystaa shalaay iyo hadaad shalay sidaas yeeli lahayd taasina wax ay ku dhaafinaysaa waqtiga aad hadda joogto waayo waxaad ku mashquulsantahay waqti la soo dhaafay.
Marka laga hadlaayo waxa qofku uu ubaahanyahay si uu go’aan u qaato dadku wax yaaba badan ayay tixaan laakin anigu hal oraah Ayaan ku soo koobayaa oo ah: NAFTAADA AAMIN, GUUL DARRO HA KABAQIN ALLAHI KU ABUURTAYNA KU KALSOONOW.
Oraahdaani wax yaaba badan aya ku uruursan o loo baahanyahay qofku inuu fahmo. Aaminidda naftaada waxay kulansanaysaa dhamman wax kasta o  aad u baahantahay si aad u wajahdo isbadalka cusub sida aqoonta aad u baahantahay, dulqaadka iyo kartida aad ku wajahayso isbadalkaas, inaad iska dhaga tirto dhamman dadka ka soo horjeeda go’aankaaga isla markaasna aan fikir saliim ah kugu soo kordhinayn. Tusaale ahaan, hadaad doonayso inaad wadankaan doorashadiisa u tartanto 2020 marka lagaaro waxad ubaahantahay hadda inaad checklist samaysato kaa oo loo baahanyahay inaad xaqiijiso ka hor waqtigaas waliba wa kala duwanan donaa checklistigaasi o haddi doorashadu sida lafilaayo hal qof iyo codkiis noqotana waa list gaar ah sidaan hadda wax yihiin haday ay ahaatana wa list gaar ah o ay ugu muhiim sanaan doonto inaad lacag badan haysato.
Si aadan guuldarrada uga baqin waxaad u baahantahay inaadan si indha la’aan ah aadan go’aanka u qaadan o aadan hal dhinac ka fiirin oo ah inay wax walba noqonayaan sida fiican ee ku dar xisaabta in marka ugu horaysa wax walbaa ay yihiin konton konton aadna adigu tahay qofka wax walba wajahaaya. Wali lama sheegin qof inta wax isku dayay ay boqolkiiba boqol siduu rabay wax u noqdeen kaliya waxa lagaa doonayo ayaa ah inuu kuu muuqdo hadafkii wanaagsanaa ee aad isbadalkaan u dooratay ay mar walbaana kuu cadahay sidii aad ku gaari lahayd waqtiguu xooga haba kugu dheeraade.
Kalsoonida Allah waxa ay tahay inaad marka hore horta Allah ka xishootaa intii aad awoodo si Allah asna kuula garab galo waxa wanaagsan ee aad dooratay oo ah horumarinta naftaada iyo go’aan qaadashadaad dhanka wanaaga ah waayo xumaan Allah xagiis lagama doono.
GUULDARRO VS FASHIL
Kooxaha kubadda cagta dheela waxay yiraahdaan maanta haddi lagaa badiyo barribaad badinaysaa. Si aad u kala fahamto Guuldarro iyo Fashil waxaan tusaala u soo qaadanaya horyaalada kubadda cagta e kala duwan kooxaha dheela. Waxaa jira koox guuldarraysatay iyo mid fashilantay, kooxda guuldarraysatay waa koox laga badiyo mararka qaar iyaduna marar kaloo badan guulaysata ugu yaraana markasta ka mid ah kooxaha heerka koowaad hadaysanba koobka loo tartamayo iyadu kuguulaysanba. Koox fashilantay waa koox inta guuldarraysatay ay ku adkaatay inay ka soo kabsato guuldarroyinkaas sidaa darteed ugu danbayn waxay ku fashilantay inay kasii mid ahaato kooxaha heerka koowaad oo dib ayay ulabatay.

Dulucda tusaalahaan, FASHIL waxaa layiraahdaa inaad halkii aad ku guuldarraysatay aad ka kici wayso kaddibna aad ogaalato inaad fashilantay.

Assume that I’m upcoming Somali President at 2016

The current federal government led by HE president Hassan Sheik Mohamud took its four years’ time to lead the Nation and the next September this year will be held general national elections throughout the country. I don’t like to mention about what the government achieved and not. But, during this critical -Campaign- time several people start the election campaign to attract the eyes of the community and to advertise what everybody will do if he come to the state house. Mostly, they used boards and labels printed by their pictures with right hand risen up and tagged the side of the main streets. As I’m one of the candidates, I’ll use and shape my election campaigns very differently from previous methods used by presidential competitors. People will flow my updates to this blog during this campaign.
I need to figure out the milestones of my achievements and I’ll enlist here post by post. My audiences can provide positive feedback and instructions in comments text box and I’ll promise to take them as soon as they are constructive. Father more, you can contact me directly to my social media accounts.

Have a nice Campaign all!

How to Learn English

English is an excellent language to learn, whether it's for business, travel or personal reasons. Learning any language requires hard work, commitment and a willingness to make mistakes, and English is no different. Read below to gather information about learning English.
Part 1: Improving Your Spoken English
Speak a little English every day. The absolute best way to learn any new language is just to speak it. It doesn't matter if you only know five English words or if you're practically fluent -- speaking English with another person is the fastest, most effective method of improving.
·         Don't wait until you "feel more comfortable" speaking in English -- you probably won't reach that level for a long time, so push yourself outside of your comfort zone and start speaking English today. You' ll be amazed at how quickly your language skills improve.
·         Find a native English speaker who is willing to spend some time speaking English with you -- you may be able to offer them a language exchange, where they spend 30 minutes speaking English with you and you spend 30 minutes speaking your native language with them.
·         If you live in an English-speaking country, you can practice by starting simple conversations with the people you meet, whether it's saying "hello" to a shopkeeper or asking a stranger for directions.

Work on your pronunciation. Even if you have an acceptable grasp of the English language, with good grammar and an extensive vocabulary, native English speakers may find you very difficult to understand if you don't work on your pronunciation.
·         Correct, clear pronunciation is essential if you really want to improve your level of English. Listen closely to how native English speakers pronounce certain words and sounds and do your best to copy them.
·         Pay particular attention to any sounds that you are unfamiliar with or that do not exist in your native tongue. For example some people have difficulty pronouncing the "r" sound, as it does not exist in their native language, while other people have difficulty with certain consonant clusters, such as the "th" sound.
·         Be aware that the pronunciation of certain English words varies greatly depending on the part of the world it's spoken in. For example, American English is very different from British English. If you intend to travel to or live in an English-speaking country, this is something you should take into account when learning how to pronounce certain words.

Expand your vocabulary and use idiomatic phrases. The wider your vocabulary and the more English phrases you learn, the easier speaking English will become.
·         Again, spending time with native English speakers will help you to pick up on common vocabulary and phrases in a natural way. Although reading, watching English TV and listening to the news is also beneficial.
·         Once you have learned a new word or phrase, you should make an effort to use it in a sentence -- this is the best way to commit it to memory.
·         Another easy way to commit new words to memory is to make labels for everyday household items and stick them around your house or apartment. Then every time you use the kettle or look in the mirror, you will see the English word for these items staring back at you.
·         You should also start a notebook of idiomatic phrases that English speakers use all the time. Some examples include "it's raining cats and dogs " (raining heavily), to be on "cloud nine" (to be very happy) or saying something is a "piece of cake" (when something is very easy). Sprinkling these kinds of phrases into your conversation will bring your level of English up several notches.

Attend an English class or discussion group. Another great way to incorporate some extra English conversation into your weekly routine is to sign up for a class of discussion group.
·         Attending an English class is a great way to focus on some of the more formal aspects of speaking English. A class will teach you the grammatically correct way of speaking -- which includes proper sentence structure and verb conjugation and will generally provide a very structured approach to language learning.
·         Attending a discussion group is a more informal and relaxed way of learning English, where the emphasis is more on communication and relationship building than on speaking "correct" English. Speaking English in this setting can help you to become more comfortable with speaking in front of other people.
·         Both of these language-learning settings have their pros and cons, so it's best to do both if you can!

Carry a dictionary.
Carrying an English dictionary with you at all times (whether it's an actual book or a phone app) can be very useful.
·         Having a dictionary means that you will never be stuck for a word. It can save you a lot of embarrassment if you're having a conversation with an English-speaker and forget a word in the middle of the sentence -- all you have to do is take a second to look it up!
·         Aside from saving you awkwardness, looking up the word you need then immediately using it in a sentence will actually help you to commit the this new vocabulary to memory.
·         It is also helpful to have a dictionary to peruse throughout the day, during private moments, like when you're sitting on the train, waiting to cross the street or just having a cup of coffee. You could learn an extra 20 to 30 English words per day using this technique!

·         As a beginner, you should should start with an English dictionary that provides definitions in your native language. However, once your language skills improve, you should switch to using an English-English dictionary, which provides English definitions for English words

50 companies business students dream of working for

Google is known for offering appealing perks, great pay, and an exceptional workplace culture— so it's no surprise that undergraduate business students find the search behemoth to be the most desirable employer.
Universum, a global research and advisory firm, recently surveyed 25,606 of these undergraduates and asked them to choose the companies and organizations they'd consider working for from a list of 230 options.
Next they asked respondents to choose the five employers they most want to work for.
Universum then put together a ranking of the most desirable employers, based on the percentage of students who chose a company as one of their top five "ideal" employers. (They also did this for liberal arts students and natural science students.)
Google, which specializes in online advertising technologies, cloud computing, software, and, of course, search, landed at the top of the list, as a whopping 23.08% of business undergrads named it their dream employer.
The Walt Disney Company, Apple, Nike, and JPMorgan Chase rounded out the top five.
Here are the top 50:
"For employers recruiting business students today, it's crucial to articulate the mission of the organization," says Melissa Murray Bailey, president of Universum Americas. "Doing this, as well as showcasing how each employee has an impact on that greater good, will help to make companies more attractive to this group."

Sidee kubaahin lahayd ganacsigaaga ado meel gaar ah xooga saaray?

Marka aad dhex marto suuqa bakaaraha ee aad in cabbaar ah aad isha laraacdo tusmooyinka ganacsi ee darbiyada ku dhagan waxaa inta badan indhahaagu qabanayaan HEBELOW GENERAL TRADING COMPANY iyo wax lamid ah o lamacna ah in meheradaani tahay e aysan meel gooni ah xoogga sarayn. haddaba waxan jeclahay in arrinkas aan qorma yar aan kasameeyo inkasto aanan ahayn ruux si qotta dheer ganacsiga u bartay.
waa maxay qaabka aad jeceshahay inaad ganacsigaaga u kobciso sanadka soosocda? keen badeecoyin kaladuwan? kashaqee suuqyo badan adoo kashaqaynaya qalab kaladuwan? lkn Ganacsade malasocotaa in istiraatijiyadda ganacsiga aysan kamid ahayn in aysan ahayn dareen guud o kutusinaaya in wax kasta laga beecmushtaro.
tusaale maskaxdu waxay ku sheegaysa haddi aad si guud u beecmushtarto inaad faa'iido badan gaarayso laakin intabadan shirkadaha ganacsiga e guuleystay iskuma dayaan inay wax walba iibiyaan. waaxay xooga saaran qayb kamid ah suuqa waxayna garteen in meelkaliya xooga lasaara ay qorsha ahaan ka faa'ida badan tahay in wax walba la'iibiyo.
xaqiiqa ahaan inaad go'aamiso habka uu kuguleysan karo ganacsigaagu ama shirkaddadu waa wax maldahan. waxay ubaahan tahay hab cusub o si dhab ah u ugu guuleysan karo qorshahaga ganacsi. qorshaha ah "the more is better" o intabadan wax lagu dhiso wa hab qaldan. waxa shaqaynaaya aya ah inaad xooga saarto meel gaar ah halki aad noqon lahayd general ama wax guud o hadba meel u hayaama.

farqiga udhexeeya guusha ganacsi e kashaqaynta dhinac walba iyo guusha meel gaar ah o xooga lasiiyo.
inta badan shirkaduhu waxay maraan hab aan xaqiiqa ahayn oo ah in ladaboolo dhamman qaybaha kala gadisan e suuqa. ogow guushu kaagama baahna adiga inaad kashaqayso dhamman qaybaha kala duwan e suuqa. kaliya waxa ay kaaga baahantahay inaad qayb gaar ah aad sifiican xooga usaarto aad siwacana udaboosho guud ahaan baahiyaha ka imaan kara o idil. waakan farqiga udhexeeya guusha ganacsi e kashaqaynta ganacsiga guud iyo kan gaarka ah.
shirkado aad uyar ayaa awooda inay kashaqeyaan ganacsi guud inkastoo kuwa kaloo badan ay iskudayeen waayo waxay siqaldan ufasirteen inay noqdaan kuwa faa'ido ama wax soosaarka badan. iyado ay jirto in kuwi awooday inay siguud u shaqeeyan ay ku rafaadsan yihiin sidi ay wax un usosaari lahaayeen. soo qaado tusaale ahaan General Motors wa shirkad siguud ushaqaysa iyo Porsche shirkad baaburta kashaqaysa o meel gaar ah xooga saarta. intabadan tobonaanki sano e udanbaysay GM waxay ahayd shirkadda ugusoo wax soosaarka yar. qiyaas qoladee ugusoo wax soo saar badnayd?

bal eeg ama qiyaas tamarta iyo resourceka u ubaahan yahay in lamaamulo ganacsi guud xattaa ha ahaado small industry. sababta in meel gaar ah xooga lasaro ku wanaagsantahay waxa kamid ah waxaad yeelanaysa wax soosaarka ugu fiican, waxaad keenaysa service ka ugu wanaagsan, markaa intaas lahelana dabcan waxaad ku iibsan karta qiima sarreya. qeexidda ugu habbon ayaa ah inaad ugu wanaagsanaato meel gooni ah. madhacayso in shirkada ay meel walba ay kufiicnaato. macquul maahan.

inaad meel gaar ah xooga saarta maahan inaad koobantahay

inta badan dadka ku takhasusay ganacsiga waxay simaan inaad meel gaar ah xooga saarto iyo inaad markaas noqotay mid ushaqeeya sida dukaan yar o kale. laakin xaqiiqa ahaan labadaani fikir ahaan aad ayay u kala fogyihiin. inaad leedahay qorshe ganacsi oo xooga saaraya meel gaar ah maahan macneheedu inaad kujirto xayndaab yar. aan dhinaca kale ka eegno, Starbucks waa shirkad ka shaqaysa coffee aduunka dacaladiisana gaartay. shirkada dhif ah ayaa sidooda o kale noqday. mawaxaad umalaynaysa inay suuqa xoog kuqabsadeen sida maqaayad iibisa cunnoyinka oo idil? dabcan waa maya.

marka aad fiiriso aduunka shirkadaha ugu waaweyn(ma rabo inaan sheego sida dhaqsaha ah e ku korayaan iyo wax soo saarka ay sameeyan intaba) maahan shirkado si general ah ushaqeeya, marka aad fiiriso war bixinada ay soo saaran dadka kahadla xogta suuqyada shirkadaha kashaqeeya general market waa kuwa ugu hooseeya marka lasoo daabaco top 100 agencies.

Marka laga eego dhinaca xaddiga iyo wax soosaarkaba shirkadaha kashaqeeya meelaha gaarka ah(special segment) waa shirkada ugu qiimaha badan. Apple waa shirkadda ugu qiimaha badan aduunka waana shirkadda ugu adeeg kooban marka loo barbardhigo aduunka shirkadaha kashaqeeya.

Ganacsiga inta badan yaqaan waxa uu utaagan yahay waa midka ay shaqaalihiisu faraxsanyihiin, midka macaamiishiisu faraxsanyihiin iyo midka dadka iska leh ay faraxsanyihiin waayo waa kala haboonyihiin isla markaasna kala fiicanyihiin inaad meel gaar ah ku fiicnaato iyo inaad isku daydo inaad wax kasta kufiicnaato.

Discourse Community

A discourse community is a group of people involved in and communicating about a particular topic, issue, or in a particular field.  According to “The Concept of Discourse Community,” by educator and researcher John Swales, a discourse community is defined by six characteristics:
1. A discourse community has a broadly agreed set of common public goals.  This is pretty easy to explain because it’s easy to conceptualize.  A group of teachers has goals—to teach students and help them move forward in life.  A group of cheerleaders has goals—to entertain spectators and encourage them to support the team for which they cheer.  A group of pilots has goals—to fly planes safely from one place to the next and get passengers safely from one destination to the next.  A group of vacationers has common goals—to get away from everyday responsibilities, to have fun, experience new things, and/or to relax.
2. A discourse community has mechanisms of intercommunication among their members.  Again, this is pretty easy to define because the concept of “intercommunication” is something we do.  We talk on the phone (phone being the mechanism of intercommunication), we text, we write blogs or papers, we send and reply to emails for everyone in a community, we have meetings and gatherings—in short, every form of communication that facilitates the “inter” part of intercommunication fits the bill here.
3. A discourse community uses its participatory mechanisms primarily to provide information and feedback.  Most of the things that are listed in “mechanisms” above are also part of this aspect of a discourse community. For example, a blog is often used for feedback, as is email, meetings, etc.  Other writings, like a newsletter or FAQs webpage, would also be used for information.
4. A discourse community utilizes and possesses one or more genres in the communicative furtherance of its aims.  “Genre” is the word that might cause confusion here, but it simply refers to a text—any text. Thus, it is possible that the genre of a discourse community might be chalk drawings on a sidewalk or graffiti.  More commonly, though, discourse communities, like the ones you’ll be researching, possess and employ more traditional genres in the communication of their aims—websites, magazine articles, journal articles, blogs, etc.
5. In addition to owning genres, a discourse community has acquired some specific lexis.  This simply refers to the jargon specific and often unique to a community but also required by the members of that community for intercommunication.  Artists, for example, have a specific lexis used to explain tools, techniques, and mediums.  Cyclists have a specific lexis that refers to riding techniques, bicycle parts, and equipment.  Biologists have a different lexis from Marine Biologists, but each community has its own lexis.
6. A discourse community has a threshold level of members with a suitable degree of relevant content and discoursal expertise.  In a discourse community, members often come into the community as novices and “leave by death or other less involuntary ways” (Swales 27).  I’m not sure of Swales limited methods for leaving a community, but it is true that they change and evolve.  It is also true that a community takes in beginners; thus, there has to be a ratio of beginners to experts for the community to exist and continue. When there are no longer enough experts to inform novices or not enough novices to carry on, the community will cease to exist  What that ratio is depends on the community—though functionality is reduced, a community like our class can exist with two members; a football team, on the other hand, can’t survive with fewer than eleven members.
With these characteristics in mind, it is obvious that all major fields of study offered on this campus are discourse communities.  Our class also forms a discourse community.  The people at your place of employment, your circle of friends, your family, and many other groups to which you belong constitute a discourse community.
Got it?  Good.  It's not that hard to comprehend if you take a few minutes to read/think about it.  It's pretty much common sense.
